RAMSAR VILLA COMPLEX

The special topography of the site leads to some design limitations. Two alternative vectors has been derived for construction on the site has been derived: one along the road and according to the texture of terrain accidents and another one in a perpendicular to the road.
The site included 6 sections with almost the same amount of areas. The physical plan for this project is about to design 12 villa units which means 2 villas in each section.
One of the most important issues in this project is the topographic condition of the access road to site which provides views from the road to units. Decided solution was the decided solution was to create a wall all around the south edge of the site and aligned to it, considering a large space between buildings which are lower than road level and to make a large ditch along the road movement.
With the first alternative the project would achieved more proper views; from North and Northwest to Ramsar city and Caspian sea and from Northeast to ancient Maarkouh castle.
