The project site is located in the village of Shemshak and in the east of the area between Shemshak Pa'in and Shemshak Bala.
Due to the special location of the complex in the environment and the specifications of the project plan, this building has the potential to become a sign for the Shemshak area, which by knowing the shortcomings of the area and providing it in the form of this complex, along with providing living comfort conditions. Hard weather conditions and other important parameters in the architectural design of the complex can be closer to this goal.
Utilization of the main views of the environment, including view to the track and view to Shemshak valley along with the desired natural light, especially from the south for all spaces and residential units.
- Using the current design morphology of the design platform to shape the body of the design with the aim of minimal interference in the ground - Appropriate orientation to the position of the sun in order to make maximum use of natural comfort conditions based on climatic parameters for design spaces - Public and semi-public summer and winter spaces (due to the shortcomings of the area) including commercial spaces, restaurants, sports spaces, celebration halls, open terraces, etc. in order to activate the complex in all seasons and create Economic benefits.
