Changing the functions of building and properties belonging to aviculture farm to a multi purpose complex for events and celebrations.
The site area has been the location for the factory and the offices of the National Industrial Group which is one of the oldest and most important groups in the industrial section of our country; The "Industries Trade Center "will also be related to the industrial functions. In our proposed design we tried to:
1-remind the existing situation of the site and its buildings, in some parts of our design (even very small parts),as a memorial image of the old National Industrial Group complex.
2-fulfill the aesthetical and functional needs of the project and at the same time express the functions of the complex–their relation to the industrial section and finally play a good role as a spectacular and influential complex in the west gate of the city.
