Peymod mountainous complex is located in tourist region of Abpari, based on these main ideas: creation of a unique complex in order to present possibilities and facilities that are different from other small cities in the north. And creation of small size of common spaces private villas for better purchasing possibilities for clients.
In designing of these villas, the main idea is creating grand and open spaces according to small villas with net floor area between 110 m2 up to 150 m2 and opportunities of creating special dividers for private bedrooms.
